Eric (Operations Manager)

Eric has been a part of the team since the beginning. He and Dr. Mercado designed this practice from the ground up, having a vision of creating a First-Class establishment. Eric also managed their Dental Office in California for about 4 years. Prior to joining the practice, he was in the high-tech industry, working at Cisco Systems for a little over 17 years. His experience as a Logistics Program Manager and Customer Service Project Manager allowed him to incorporate his skills into the needs of their practice. Eric takes the time to meet our patients, which he enjoys. He keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly, has an open-door policy, and enjoys working with talented and compassionate professionals.

In his spare time, Eric loves spending time with his family. He is a die-hard Golden State Warriors and Oakland Raiders fan. He loves to golf, drink scotch, and have a nice cigar once in a while. Eric looks forward to meeting and serving you here at Monarch Dentistry of Gold Hill.

Nataly (Dental Assistant)

At a young age, Nataly knew she wanted to have a career in the Dental Field.  After high school, she went directly into Dental Assisting school and completed her education.  Just like the rest of our team, Nataly makes customer service a priority.  Not only do we value her technical skills, which she constantly improves, but she also has a wonderful personality that is contagious.

At her time away from the office, Nataly trains in kickboxing, loves to read and hang out with friends and family.  Nataly is looking forward to meeting you and making you feel as comfortable as possible here at Monarch Dentistry of Gold Hill
