The difference between Dr. Mercado and my previous dentist ( of 20 years) is night and day. I have never had dental procedures beyond 6-month cleanings and the occasional filling replacement. Dr. Mercado takes photos of each tooth, and can show you exactly what she discovered during the exam. When she says there is a stress crack in a tooth, or periodontal disease and to what degree, she is able to show the photo documenting this.
