I haven't been to a dentist in 50 years. I was scared and had heard of Dr. Mercado on WBT as a great dental practice, with no judgement held. I called as I do have major problems with my teeth. Eric (Dr. Mercado husband took the call) and was excellent on taking my information and setting up the appointment. I seemed at ease after that call. Today was my appointment and knew Dr. Mercado, because she called me last night to introduce herself and to reassure me everything would go smooth and calmed me down. I never heard of a dentist calling you the night before and talking to you. Five minutes after arriving she came out and introduced herself and there I began my journey to better dental health. The most comprehensive dental/medical appointment I have ever been a part of. I left completely relaxed and unafraid of what is to come. This is the only place you should call if you have any dental issues. Everyone there is kind and compassionate.
