Monarch Dentistry of Gold Hill truly is clinically and experientially what you should expect from a top-drawer dental practice. You are never a number. You are known, heard, and cared for by Dr. Teresa Mercado and the staff. Dr. Mercado is a step-above the norm with patient care and the best-practices in dentistry.

Always had a great fear of dentists until I came to Dr. Mercado…she is FABULOUS! I “almost” look forward to going to the dentist now..Lol She as well as her staff are extremely professional in every aspect. I have been blessed to have Dr Mercado and her staff in my life. I had a severe dental crisis 2 years ago and when I felt all was lost..Dr. Mercado performed a miracle. Thank you Doctor..she is the only dentist I would ever trust and believe in!

I have been with Monarch Dentistry since 2022 and every visit has been a 5 start experience. My latest visit was to replace a crown that came off because I did not complete the services that Dr. Mercardo outlined for my overall dental health. Dr. Mercardo, as usual, was very kind and reminded me of our prior discusses for my dental needs and made suggestions to help me based on my current financial situation. Dr. Mercardo as usual provided a 5 star service.

Great job Monarch Dentistry, Eric, Nataly and the fine Dr. Mercado. Have been going to Dr. Mercado for three yrs and their care has always been consistent, kind, informative, concerning and trustworthy. Again this check up was relaxing, the Doctor and her assistant Nataly are really a great team, they predict their next move. Great personalities and such informative care. Dr. Mercado and staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home in their relaxing, immaculate office. They are friendly, professional and organized. Dr. Mercado calls patients at home to gather as much information as possible and to answer any questions. She takes her time to make sure everything is done safely and correctly, and to make sure her patient is comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office and will definitely return.

The most very thorough dental and mouth exam I have ever had as well as my semiannual teeth cleaning. Also received a great education on what was the health status of my teeth and mouth.

I broke a tooth and texted Monarch dentistry that same night, they responded within minutes and saw me the following morning for a consult (even though their practice was closed that day they made a plan to see me). Dr Mercado made sure I was able to be without pain and slotted me in the following day for the temp. Crown after the initial consult. The procedure was painless and as usual the service and care was nothing short of exceptional. We all know that there are many of us that fear the dentist but Dr Mercado and her staff made me feel very comfortable. Monarch Dentistry is by far the best dentistry I have ever been to. Thanks Monarch dentistry for what you did for me by making a plan to address my concerns at the drop of a hat.

Have been coming to this office for several years now it just gets better each time I visit from the time I check in to the thorough exam and great work that Doctor Mercado has always done. I have been a patient of Dr Mercado for a couple of years, any dental visit has always been a stress free experience. My prior dental hygiene was neglected because of terrible dental visits. Dr Mercado and her staff are the best at making you feel relaxed, welcomed and part of her “family”.

My first visit with Dr. Mercado was a very thorough examination of my teeth, gums and previous history of any tooth procedures. Also, Dr. Mercado went over any issues or concerns regarding my teeth and gums and plan of treatment or procedures needed to keep me in the most healthiest direction. Dr. Mercado and the whole staff were very friendly and accommodating. The equipment used at the office very new and high tech. Office is so beautiful and clean. Definitely recommend Dr. Mercado. Also her scheduling director, Suzanne so helpful and sweet!
