I have been a patient of Dr Mercado for a couple of years, any dental visit has always been a stress free experience. My prior dental hygiene was neglected because of terrible dental visits. Dr Mercado and her staff are the best at making you feel relaxed, welcomed and part of her “family”.

My first visit with Dr. Mercado was a very thorough examination of my teeth, gums and previous history of any tooth procedures. Also, Dr. Mercado went over any issues or concerns regarding my teeth and gums and plan of treatment or procedures needed to keep me in the most healthiest direction. Dr. Mercado and the whole staff were very friendly and accommodating. The equipment used at the office very new and high tech. Office is so beautiful and clean. Definitely recommend Dr. Mercado. Also her scheduling director, Suzanne so helpful and sweet!

The staff and especially very patient Doctor Teresa Mercado. I have to tell you she does such a great job at addressing your concerns, and she was very patient in explaining what she was doing, and believe me I ask a lot of questions. I walked in and was greeted by a great staff that is where the first step takes place in relaxing me.. She really does have a wonderful group working there. The doctor sat with me while she did my scheduled exam and cleaning talked to me in between all my questions, she is a gentle, soft spoken person. she always offers ways to improve your dental health and encourages you to continue maintaining a dental care/ hygiene program.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mercado's for several years. I have found her to be extremely good at providing excellent care of my needs. She is a "craftsman/craftswoman" if that is more gender correct these days. Visited for temp crown removal and permanent crown installation. Extremely smooth procedure today with a perfect fit, What I like is I have the same dental assistants Sara, Nataly and of course the same dentist Dr Mercardo. They explain what they are doing and you become involved in your dental care. I have learned so much about care for my teeth, something other dentists didn't do. With the use of photos and x-rays they show you what has been going on with your teeth and conditions you aren't aware of. Now that really has gotten my attention with proper home dental care. As always, their work is kind, and gentle care and really just exceptional work.

GREAT GREAT is all I can say about the team at Monarch Dentistry. I was greeted by Susan and Eric, so putting the patient at ease began as soon as I walked in the door, Thank you both. Now the work the really professional and very amazing team of Dr. Mercado, Nataly and Sara were absolutely the best , their personalities is such a wonderful asset too the office. I am always asking questions, how do you do this, how does that happen etc and the doctor explains with use of the information she has put together on the condition of your teeth. With this latest crown issue , after my call to her office she returned my call and had already looked at the history and explained the fix. I got an appointment right away and the fact that she explained the process I felt more at ease. That in it's self is a great accomplishment. The doctor and her team worked the problem and I have to say, what a really amazing job they did. I just cant say enough for the way this dental office functions , keep up the good work.

The best team, Dr. Mercado and Nataly work together so well, Nataly can predict the doctors needs and their personalities are a prefect match. It puts my mind at ease, helps me get over my anxiety. From the moment you walk in you are met by Eric, with great conversation. Really this appointment, they all knocked the ball out of the park, a top notch job by all.
