Words cannot express my feelings about the staff at Monarch Dentistry. I am a 75 + yr old male and I have had an extreme fear of going to the dentist, ingrained from childhood. My dental health declined to the point that my smile was limited to a slight opening of my mouth. Over the past 6 months I have worked with Dr Teresa Mercado and her staff at Monarch Dentistry, who have helped me gain confidence, in taking a major step to improve my smile and dental health. This past week, I had a non removable implant replace my upper teeth. I was prepared for the worst (swelling, pain, bruising) and hoping for the best outcome. I am fortunate, because after the procedure, there was no bruising, very minor swelling, and no real pain. (Thanks to the meds.) This is the most compassionate medical team I’ve ever encountered. I have a ways to go with healing and adjustments but I’m confident that all my apprehension and fear is well behind me. Thank You Dr Mercado and the staff at Monarch Dentistry of Gold Hill Jack C

Well all I will say I had an AL Star team put my new crown on. They explained every step and help you get over the anxiety you have when visiting a dentist. From the time I checked in till I left, The doctor is a perfectionist, she will check and recheck her work and take the time to make sure you are completely satisfied I was 100% pleased with all that was done during installation of my crown..

What a great crew Monarch Dentistry has supporting Dr. Mercado. Every visit is a pleasure with this group and I enjoy until the hands enter my mouth... but what do you expect at a dentist? Great dentist with a delicate touch and a true concern for your well-being. I'll probably go back even after I've complete my implant procedures.

You'll actually enjoy going to the dentist! I have been going since they opened their office. I have never felt so relaxed when going to the dentist. The staff is so nice and helpful. You'll be educated on your dental health by concerned and caring staff. Dr. Mercado explains everything that they will do as well as the why it's needed. You'll want to take charge of your dental health from that point forward. You will want to go to the dentist.

Had my scheduled Hygiene check up. When I walked in I was greeted by Eric and Bridgette, the first contact is always important. Then I had checkup with Kelly, such a great person at putting your mind at ease, she explained what she was going to do and completed her work as always, professional and friendly. Then Dr. Mercado came into the room to discuss my up coming appointment, she explained it all. Overall it is an exceptional dental office, they are so friendly and great conversationalists, they sure help relax me when I am there.

I highly recommend Dr. Mercado and Monarch Dentistry. They are highly professional and take very opportunity to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The office setting is pleasant and very much in order. The office staff is very polite especially Bridgette and Karen. Dr. Mercado do not hesitate to answer any and all questions. I am nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist but I feel very comfortable there. Their professionalism and handling their patients concerns are rated high on the charts. I will be visiting Monarch Dentristry again.
