What a great team Dr. Mercado has, they certainly made my visit another productive one and for those who have dental anxiety, they relax you with their friendly environment and wonderful personalities. My visits with Dr. Mercado, Eric, Bridgette, Nataly who is amazing at predicting the doctors needs during a procedure, and of course the hygienist Kelly and to all at Monarch dentistry who always treat me with care I thank you, I wouldn't think of going to another dentist.

My dental hygienist, Kelly, was awesome in my cleaning process. She was very thorough and gentle in cleaning my teeth. This was one of one of the most pleasant Dental visits, I have ever had.

After a few minutes of the doctor explaining what was to be done, I felt comfortable, she answered all my questions. Her manner was gentle and always had my fears and concerns up front and worked at easing my anxiety, that was important to me. I could speak frankly to her and felt she was open to my questions and concerns. Dr Mercado is a wonderful dentist and I keep returning. I am not one who is fond of going to the dentist, all my life I had a fear of someone poking, drilling on my teeth, but Dr Mercado has certainly worked at turning that around. My hat off to her and all who work there.

Dr. Mercado and her staff are exceptional on every level. They are friendly and professional. Dr. Mercado is a perfectionist so I know I can trust her to do what is best for my dental needs. She has done several crowns for me. For one crown, it did not fit down into the gum and she had a new one made and it looks like it's a tooth, not a crown. When I first went to her she found a cavity under a crown that no dentist had ever found and she was able to save the tooth and give me a new crown.

From the time I made the appointment, to my procedure, I was truly impressed with the kindness, professionalism, and unbelievable attention to detail everyone displayed. I felt as if I was the only patient for that day. Never rushed, and completely taken care of from start to finish. I did not think I would ever really enjoy, or look forward to a dental appointment. But, I must admit, I am so relieved and yes, excited , to achieving the goals to my dental health they have provided for me. They did it! They made me a dental nerd, and my smile says it all. I love Monarch Dentistry. Dr. Mercado is very compassionate and thorough. She is so cute (love those converse) and personable and always calls to check up on me after my visits. The staff are amazing. Kelly is so sweet and love seeing her for my cleanings. Karen has the most calming and sweetest voice. All of the girls are professional and so sweet. They make me feel like a million bucks every visit. I am on a journey for me and the health of my teeth and I am so glad that I chose Monarch.
