Amazing dentistry!!! Beautiful crowns better than natural, perfect color match. Dr Mercado was right with me through all procedures even following up at home through Christmas... used sedation no anxiety at all. Would definately recommend this dental practice. Thank you to Dr Mercado and all of her caring staff!!!

Dr Mercado is tbe best dentist I have ever had. I have dental anxiety but not with her, I am so at ease and relaxed. She is so thorough. I would drive miles to see her if I had to, she is awesome.

I came in for a new patient exam, and teeth whitening. When I scheduled my exam, Hannah helped me get the information I needed. As well as verified my dental benefits before my visit, so it was smooth sailing from start to finish. Dr. Mercado is an amazing dentist and took the time to explain everything she was doing as well as educate me on ways to improve my overall dental health. I have never had a more thorough exam.The in-office whitening treatment was an awesome experience. I have never had a whitening treatment before. Cassandra did an excellent job with the whitening to make sure I was comfortable, she set up Netflix for me. When finished she made sure that I was satisfied with the final outcome! I have only seen the possible shade lifting results of whitening but now that I have seen them on myself I am very impressed. I will definitely be returning for regular dental check ups as well as completing any treatment Dr. Mercado suggests. Overall the experience and staff at Monarch are great and I give them two thumbs up!!!!

We have been going to the same dentist for over 20 years and were hesitant to change dentists, especially since our kids have been going to them since they were two. However, after a visit with Dr. Mercado and her staff, I'm happy to say that our family is transferring to Monarch Dentistry! Not only is the office beautiful, you can tell that everything was handpicked with the patients' comfort in mind - from the beverage bar to the memory foam dental chair to the monitors on the walls and ceilings and everything in between. They also have state of the art equipment with a 3D xray machine and an instrument that takes pictures while she's examining your mouth so you can see exactly what she's seeing and visually track changes. I don't know when our previous dentist will obtain these types of equipment, but I'm not waiting to find out! The entire staff is very friendly and considerate. Scheduling appointments is easy, and their text reminders are much needed as I do tend to forget appointments. My mom and I both need extensive dental care and, before any major services are rendered, Dr. Mercado consulted with us to discuss which options work best for us both financially and schedule-wise. The consultations were very informative, and we left knowing exactly what procedures needed to be done, how long they would take and how much they would cost. They were also very knowledgeable about insurance processes and made recommendations based on our benefits as well as plan year coverage. During mom's 3-hour procedure, Dr. Mercado often checked to make sure mom was comfortable and even massaged her jaw and cheeks regularly. The evening after her procedures, Dr. Mercado called personally to check up on mom. We never received a call from our previous dentist. Needless to say, mom was quite pleased with the services and doesn't hesitate to tell her friends about her experiences with Dr. Mercado. She's trying to talk my dad into going next.
