I haven't been to a dentist in 50 years. I was scared and had heard of Dr. Mercado on WBT as a great dental practice, with no judgement held. I called as I do have major problems with my teeth. Eric (Dr. Mercado husband took the call) and was excellent on taking my information and setting up the appointment. I seemed at ease after that call. Today was my appointment and knew Dr. Mercado, because she called me last night to introduce herself and to reassure me everything would go smooth and calmed me down. I never heard of a dentist calling you the night before and talking to you. Five minutes after arriving she came out and introduced herself and there I began my journey to better dental health. The most comprehensive dental/medical appointment I have ever been a part of. I left completely relaxed and unafraid of what is to come. This is the only place you should call if you have any dental issues. Everyone there is kind and compassionate.

You are known, heard, and cared for by Dr. Teresa Mercado and the staff. Dr. Mercado is a step-above the norm with patient care and the best-practices in dentistry.

Always had a great fear of dentists until I came to Dr. Mercado…she is FABULOUS! I “almost” look forward to going to the dentist now..Lol She as well as her staff are extremely professional in every aspect. I have been blessed to have Dr Mercado and her staff in my life. I have been with Monarch Dentistry since 2022 and every visit has been a 5 start experience. My latest visit was to replace a crown that came off because I did not complete the services that Dr. Mercardo outlined for my overall dental health. Dr. Mercardo, as usual, was very kind and reminded me of our prior discusses for my dental needs and made suggestions to help me based on my current financial situation. Dr. Mercardo as usual provided a 5 star service.

Great job Monarch Dentistry, Eric, Nataly and the fine Dr. Mercado. Have been going to Dr. Mercado for three yrs and their care has always been consistent, kind, informative, concerning and trustworthy. Again this check up was relaxing, the Doctor and her assistant Nataly are really a great team, they predict their next move. Great personalities and such informative care. This is not just a business/job for Dr. Mercado, she has a true calling and is definitely a kind, considerate, and understanding professional. Dr. Mercado and staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home in their relaxing, immaculate office. They are friendly, professional and organized. Dr. Mercado calls patients at home to gather as much information as possible and to answer any questions. She takes her time to make sure everything is done safely and correctly, and to make sure her patient is comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office and will definitely return.

I broke a tooth and texted Monarch dentistry that same night, they responded within minutes and saw me the following morning for a consult (even though their practice was closed that day they made a plan to see me). Dr Mercado made sure I was able to be without pain and slotted me in the following day for the temp. Crown after the initial consult. The procedure was painless and as usual the service and care was nothing short of exceptional. We all know that there are many of us that fear the dentist but Dr Mercado and her staff made me feel very comfortable. Monarch Dentistry is by far the best dentistry I have ever been to. Thanks Monarch dentistry for what you did for me by making a plan to address my concerns at the drop of a hat.

Have been coming to this office for several years now it just gets better each time I visit from the time I check in to the thorough exam and great work that Doctor Mercado has always done. I am so pleased with everything about this dental clinic from the office receptionists to the Dental technicians and especially to the Doctor. Would not think of going anywhere else, .
