I have had very bad experiences with dentists for most of my life. Whether it be their inpatient attitude, not enough numbing ,lack of time spent with me, etc. Dr. Mercado makes me feel so calm and well taken care of. I have a lot of anxiety when I come in for any treatment but she takes her time with me and is very patient. She is the best dentist I’ve been to and highly recommend! The entire staff is very warm, friendly and helpful. My husband has become a patient of hers too and enjoyed his visits. Thank you Dr. Mercado and staff, now I don’t have to keep putting off needed dental treatment because of fear.

Dr. Mercado and her staff are top notch. I have high anxiety and find it very difficult to relax during visits. I actually fell asleep and was snoring (lol) during my root canal. I have finally found my new dentist and I'm so thankful!!

I'm seventy years old (but I look 69) and had lapsed my dental care over the last fifteen years due to other more pressing medical needs. Try this on for size. My first visit I had three cracked molars remove, a root canal, several cavities, and some rebuilding of my front teeth due to gum recession. Piece of cake. I opted for sedation for several very legitimate health reasons, mostly fear, and to be able to have multi-procedures in one session. Dr. Mercado and her staff already feel like old friends and they treated me accordingly. The entire four hours were painless, relaxing and, more importantly, the results were really very impressive. Dr. Mercado is the best dentist I have met. I'm not finished yet but now have no trepidation about going back and look forward seeing the staff and visiting. Oh, and fixing whatever still needs to be fixed. Believe it when I say that you should run, not walk, to Monarch for whatever it is that needs to be done. A++

Dr. Mercado and her staff are wonderful. You feel like your visiting your friends. They are very personable, caring and knowledgeable. I found Dr. Mercado several years ago at another practice. That practice would not share her new location so I googled her. Her new office is gorgeous and very comfortable. I cant imanigine going anywhere else.

I was impressed with the initial counseltation. During my procedure, The dental assistant was very attentive and concerned about my well-being. She gave me music and a blanket to sooth me. The dentist was very thorough and detail oriented. I have a lot of saliva so the sucky thing was my friend. The dentist jokingly asked if I needed one to take home. The Dentist explained every step of the procedure and even showed me pictures of each step. They got my jokes which was amazing. I have a dry sense of humor. I would highly recommend this Dentist.
